Join our rapidly expanding team. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Singapore.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the financial and accounting operations including month-end, year-end closing, and statutory reporting
- Coordinate and work with External Auditor for Financial Statement preparation in completing the financial statement
- Review work processes and internal controls, making recommendations for improvement where necessary
- Work closely with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Supervise finance staff on the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions
- Monitor cashflow, prepare financial forecasting, and budgeting, and obtain budget inputs from internal departments on an accurate and timely basis
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Supporting the CFO and immediate superior in finance and IT integration of new acquisitions, including reviewing and refining workflows, aligning to HQ’s chart of accounts and mappings, alignment to HQ policies and procedures and financial reporting to HQ
- Other ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements
We look for the following qualities in the people who join our team:
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably with some auditing experience
- Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
- Able to work independently by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations
- Motivated with a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
