About Me

Ken Nguyen is the Head of Recruitment and Staffing at InCorp Vietnam, bringing more than 15 years of experience in HR solutions, talent acquisition and workforce outsourcing across multinational and regional organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked with global workforce and HR consulting firms, helping companies build scalable talent strategies and workforce solutions in Vietnam’s rapidly evolving labor market.
Ken has held senior leadership roles in business development, staffing operations and HR consulting at organizations including Aon Vietnam, NIC Global, Talentnet and ManpowerGroup. His experience spans recruitment, staffing and outsourcing and payroll solutions, supporting multinational corporations, FDI enterprises and large Vietnamese companies in building effective workforce structures.
With a strong background in recruitment strategy, talent sourcing and workforce outsourcing operations, Ken has led large-scale staffing projects, managed regional client accounts and supported complex recruitment initiatives across multiple industries. His expertise includes workforce planning, HR consulting, business development and managing recruitment pipelines for both permanent and temporary staffing solutions.
At InCorp Vietnam, Ken leads the development of the service Recruitment and Staffing services, helping foreign-invested enterprises and growing businesses access qualified talent, scale their workforce efficiently and navigate Vietnam’s competitive labor market. His work focuses on delivering practical recruitment solutions aligned with each client’s operational and compliance needs.
Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Honors Program) from Switzerland and has international exposure from studying and working across Europe and Asia, giving him strong multicultural understanding when working with global clients.
