Anna is the Legal and Delivery Manager of our office in Vietnam. She has over 8 years of experience in business and legal consultancy, having worked for companies in Vietnam and the USA on cross-border commercial engagements, foreign direct investments, corporate structuring, and business expansion.
Prior to joining InCorp Group, Anna worked for a couple of law firms in Vietnam, such as LuatViet and First Legal Force — assisting institutional and individual foreign investors with all legal procedures in Vietnam and supporting clients with all matters related to document drafting and corporate structuring.

- Bachelor Degree -Commercial law,Ho Chi Minh University of Law (HCM ULAW)
- Diploma of Commerce from MRIT Australia
- Bachelor of Accounting & Financial from Griffith University (Australia)
