Mabel is the Head of Tax Advisory and Compliance at InCorp Global. She has over 20 years of direct and indirect tax experience with the Big 4s, mid-tier, and industry experience in training management services, covering Singapore and APAC regions that include the following:

• Manage clients’ tax compliance portfolios relating to income tax, GST/VAT and withholding tax.
• Provide advice to businesses on tax-related exposures such as permanent establishment issues, corporate tax, GST/VAT, and withholding tax obligations related to business proposals.
• Perform ASK review for MES application, GST healthcheck for businesses, set up GST process and mapping for businesses.
• Perform tax due diligence work for new business acquisition
• Collaborate with tax authorities on tax audits and exploring voluntary disclosure opportunities to minimise business penalties exposures
