Cecilia’s legal career commenced in 2014 at BB & NU Law Company Limited as a Paralegal. Here, she mastered the preparation of legal documents, lodging applications with authorities, and supporting lawyers in client consultations on diverse legal matters. Her role also encompassed administrative tasks, translating and interpreting, and managing human resources and insurance matters.

In December 2016, Cecilia was promoted to Lawyer at BB & NU Law Company Limited. In this capacity, she provided comprehensive legal support and advice on a range of issues, including labor, competition, intellectual property, business, and commerce. She played a pivotal role in establishing representative offices in Vietnam for foreign traders, setting up FDI companies, and managing domestic company registrations. Her expertise extended to obtaining work permits for foreign workers and composing and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements.

By January 2021, Cecilia had advanced to the role of Legal Manager. She supported the director by double-checking legal documents and providing advice to both local and foreign businesses. Cecilia managed projects, ensured timely delivery, and fostered strong client relationships. She also trained junior lawyers and legal counsel, demonstrating her dedication to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.

Since joining InCorp Vietnam in 2022, Cecilia has taken on the role of Legal Services Manager. In this position, she has been instrumental in supporting foreign investments, business registrations, and obtaining work permits for foreign workers in Vietnam. Her expertise in composing and reviewing Service Contracts, particularly FIDIC contracts, has been invaluable. Cecilia’s meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of legal complexities have greatly benefited InCorp Vietnam’s clients. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, where she graduated with a ‘Very Good’ grade. During her time at the university, she received several academic scholarships and was actively involved in extracurricular activities, including serving as the President of the Legal Club and participating in the Green Summer Campaign in 2010 and 2011. She also holds a Lawyer Practicing Certificate from the Ministry of Justice, obtained in June 2017.
